Position summary: Drive Camper's regional strategy by leading the development and management of online accounts and marketplaces, ensuring alignment with Camper's digital brand and business vision. As a key growth driver, you will champion the evolution of Camper's presence in major online platforms, enhancing our commercial and consumer engagement strategies. This position is based in Mexico and reports directly to the Regional director LATAM. Responsibilities of the Position Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business plans for online accounts and marketplaces to maximize brand visibility, consumer reach, and sales performance. Product Assortment Management: Prepare, coordinate, and publish seasonal product assortments with accuracy and timeliness across platforms. Marketplace Integration: Drive the onboarding and integration of new marketplace partners, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration. Commercial Campaigns: Plan and oversee promotional initiatives, ensuring accurate pricing, compelling product presentation, and alignment with Camper's global promotional strategy. Consumer Insights & Analytics: Analyze consumer journeys and performance data to enhance product discoverability, optimize conversions, and guide assortment decisions. KPI Tracking & Reporting: Establish clear performance indicators, build dashboards, and provide regular updates on progress vs. targets. Recommend corrective actions and scale best practices across accounts. Promotional Planning: Design and implement seasonal promotional plans tailored to each marketplace while aligning with Camper's global strategies. Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Conduct continuous competitive and market benchmarking, leveraging insights to strengthen positioning and strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment of marketplace strategies with broader commercial, marketing, and brand objectives across teams. Expansion Projects: Support and execute marketplace and country expansion opportunities in line with business growth priorities. Skills for the Position Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate market trends and data into actionable business strategies. Results-driven, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of commitment, adaptability, and drive to contribute to Camper's success. Requirements for the Position Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Proven track record in managing online account strategies and enhancing digital presence. Advanced operational skills, data analysis, online KPI's knowledge.
