About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in our team, working with a portfolio of travel partners. You will build lasting relationships, grow accounts, and help our partners unlock their full potential. Your consultative approach and natural curiosity will allow you to understand their unique needs, deliver impactful solutions, and drive their business growth. You'll take full ownership of your portfolio, using your problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to generate revenue and foster loyalty. What We’re Looking For: A Great Communicator: You have outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—and excel at building relationships. Sales Experience: With at least 2 years of sales experience (ideally in the travel industry), you're comfortable with achieving targets and handling objections. A Passion for Travel: Experience in travel or hospitality is a plus, but most importantly, you love the idea of working with travel brands. Proactive & Organized: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage shifting priorities with ease. Consultative Sales Approach: You’re thoughtful in your sales tactics, listening to clients and providing tailored solutions to grow their business. Key Responsibilities: Engage travel partners through outbound sales calls to understand their business needs, provide solutions, and increase revenue. Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, monitoring progress and creating loyalty. Conduct webinars and training presentations to help partners maximize their potential. Analyze basic data to identify sales opportunities and provide insights to clients. Maintain accurate sales activity records in SFDC. Collaborate on special projects and Inside Sales campaigns. Completely proficient in English skills, both verbal and written. At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the travel industry. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, Salesforce, and other online tools. Enthusiastic, assertive, and a strong team player with high work ethics. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
