**Remote - Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Immigration Law)**

**About the Firm**

Our fast-growing immigration law firm is expanding its remote sales team to meet rising client demand. We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative who excels at consultative selling and closing high-value legal services. You’ll join a mission-driven team helping families navigate immigration successfully, all from the comfort of your home.

**What You’ll Do**

Conduct virtual consultations with qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling)
Present our immigration services in a clear, empathetic, and persuasive way
Confidently handle discussions about premium retainers
Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for a seamless client experience
Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-up tasks
Participate in weekly sales role-plays and ongoing professional development

**What We’re Looking For**

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
At least 2 years of high-ticket closing experience (legal, financial, or service-based industry preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and tone during video consultations
Confidence and empathy when guiding clients through major financial decisions
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and remote collaboration tools
