Amazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated executive to acquire and manage key accounts. The Account Executive will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products in and manage the portfolio to grow their sales.

Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, also you will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) – helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems and tools.

Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
· Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
· Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned territory. Execute successfully on the plan recommended
· Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
· Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards
· Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory
· Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.

About the team
We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers’ businesses. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, DIF, MEX BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- English proficiency: Advanced (spoken and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
