Pre-sales/Tac Enginner

Title: TAC engineer We are looking for both Pre-sales Engineer and Tac Enginner Responsibilities: Responsible for the customer service experience with Hillstone. As 1st line TAC engineer, answer the hotlines and service requests from partners and customers. Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer service requests in collaboration with the 2nd line team, to ensure issue updates and resolution within SLAs. Share and document knowledge & best practices. Provide expert technical training to partners and distributors Following of RMA process to ensure on time delivery Experience Required: 2-3 years working experience in Networking/Security fields. Fluent oral and written English/Spanish skills(Portuguese will be a plus). Strong problem-solving skills, customer service oriented. Technical foundation in networking and security (CCNP level knowledge or equivalent knowledge). Working knowledge and experience in TCP/IP protocols and technologies such as TCP/UDP, IPSec, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, etc. Experience and knowledge in firewall technologies such as Policy, PBR, VPN, IPS, anti-virus, etc. Foundation of Linux command lines. Wireshark and other tools for TCP/IP packet capture analysis. Title: Pre-sales Engineer Job Description: We are looking for a Cyber Security Pre-sales Engineer to work closely with our sales team and channel partners in a technical pre-sales capability and help solve challenging problems for clients. You'll help customers understand the technical parts of our award-winning products and solution. Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the sales team to identify prospects and establish relationships with prospect partners to ensure continued sales growth Keep up to date in all areas of Hillstone networks, demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and information Educate partners, prospects and customers on the diversity of technical, operational and network safety challenges and how Hillstone can help them Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify their requirements or problems, provide appropriate solutions Work closely with R&D and TAC organization, address technical questions, offer insight into best practices and manage Proof-of-Concepts Respond to RFI & RFP technical part with support of product experts Active participation in cybersecurity events and partner activities Requirements: 3+ years of engineering and pre-sales experience on security products or network products Excellent presentation and communication skills Open minded, willing to listen and learn, Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of typical customers networks Strong understanding of routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, VPN, LAN,WLAN,IPS, NGFW, Anti Virus,IPSEC, SSL, Radius, PKI, IKE, Virtualization, and cloud. Hands-on experience with security devices and solutions such as NGFW/WAF/IPS/SD-WAN/Mail Security Gateways/ADC/XDR Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented professional Good overall knowledge of the current threat landscape is a plus Effective oral and written communication skills in English CISSP and other security-related certification is preferred.
