Title: TAC engineerWe are looking for both Pre-sales Engineer and Tac EnginnerResponsibilities:Responsible for the customer service experience with Hillstone.As 1st line TAC engineer, answer the hotlines and service requests from partners and customers.Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer service requests in collaboration with the 2nd line team, to ensure issue updates and resolution within SLAs.Share and document knowledge & best practices.Provide expert technical training to partners and distributorsFollowing of RMA process to ensure on time deliveryExperience Required:2-3 years working experience in Networking/Security fields.Fluent oral and written English/Spanish skills(Portuguese will be a plus).Strong problem-solving skills, customer service oriented.Technical foundation in networking and security (CCNP level knowledge or equivalent knowledge).Working knowledge and experience in TCP/IP protocols and technologies such as TCP/UDP, IPSec,DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, etc.Experience and knowledge in firewall technologies such as Policy, PBR, VPN, IPS, anti-virus, etc.Foundation of Linux command lines.Wireshark and other tools for TCP/IP packet capture analysis.Title: Pre-sales EngineerJob Description:We are looking for a Cyber Security Pre-sales Engineer to work closely with our sales team and channel partners in a technical pre-sales capability and help solve challenging problems for clients.
