Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Administrador(a) con enfoque en servicio al cliente, organizado(a) y proactivo(a), para integrarse a nuestro equipo en Pabellón M, Monterrey.
Responsabilidades:
Atención y seguimiento a clientes de manera presencial, telefónica y digital.
Gestión administrativa, control de documentación y agenda.
Resolución de incidencias y soporte al cliente.
Apoyo en facturación, pagos y reportes administrativos.
Coordinación con diferentes áreas para asegurar una atención eficiente.
Requisitos:
Experiencia en administración y servicio al cliente.
Excelente comunicación y trato profesional.
Organización y capacidad de seguimiento.
Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas administrativas.
