Work with one of the most importants Consultant Companys in Monterrey.**Responsibilities**:- Organizing and managing business projects leading a team, organizing work. Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects. Tracking project issues, project status, and project task completion- Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) Planning and facilitating sessions to gather and document requirements and explore solutions- Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes- Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise.- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations.- Compiling and presenting research findings, recommendations, and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.- Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.- Meeting with and advising key executives throughout the consultation process.- Identify opportunities for additional consulting projects within our client and communicate them to partner to ensure they are pursued**Requisitos**:- Bi cultural Anglo-Latin ( experience working or living in the USA).- Degree in business administration or related field required.- Previous experience in business consulting preferred.- Fluent English**Localización**:
