Gerente Comercial – Retención y Crecimiento de Cartera (Seguros) Liderar la relación con nuestros clientes actuales para: Elevar la experiencia del cliente Impulsar venta cruzada y crecimiento orgánico Desarrollar un equipo comercial con mentalidad consultiva Liderar al equipo de atención a clientes. Diseñar estrategias de fidelización y experiencia del cliente. Coordinarse con áreas técnicas, siniestros y cobranza para una atención integral. Medir y mejorar indicadores de satisfacción, quejas y SLAs comerciales. Reportar avances y KPIs directamente a Dirección General. 10 años en seguros, servicios financieros o B2B. Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales o de atención a clientes. Experiencia en bróker de seguros, aseguradora o insurtech. Manejo de CRM (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot u otros). Equipo técnico y soporte especializado. Crees que atender bien al cliente también es vender No esperas a que el cliente te busque
