Our trusted brands include: Beaver (Knives and Blades), Visitec (Cannulas), Malosa (Single-Use Instruments), Vitreq (Vitreoretinal Surgical Products) and PhysIOL (Premium Intraocular Lenses) Purpose Manage the regular reconciliation of consignment and ad-hoc IOL stock with BVI customers. Work closely with Sales Reps and customers to ensure accurate stock management, invoicing for used IOLs, and organization of returns for unused IOLs. Key Responsibilities Advise sales reps and sales management on stock checks according to agreed schedules Reconcile stock counts and identify gaps within agreed timelines Work with customers on invoicing or stock-related issues for consignment and ad-hoc lenses Collaborate with sales reps to resolve issues and close reconciliations Organize returns of unused or surplus consignment IOLs Liaise with Customer Service to ensure traceability of IOLs in the system, including shipment, transfer, return, and credit Prepare and distribute regular status reports on consignment checks, aging, expiry, and usage Plan and attend meetings with the sales team to discuss outstanding ad-hoc invoicing and consignment counts Run reports to track reconciliation progress by account and invoice impact Collaborate with commercial colleagues to maintain accessible records of consignment contracts Alert sales on stock turn issues and flag delays in meeting objectives Qualifications Fluent professional English and one other language (e.g., French) Customer service experience preferred, knowledge of ophthalmic or medical device industry advantageous Calm, consistent demeanor with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ability to learn ERP systems or other software Strong attention to detail, data analytics experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities Advanced written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent time management and organizational skills
