En EssilorLuxottica México, buscamos un/a FP&A Specialist para NOCCA con visión analítica robusta, pensamiento estratégico y experiencia consolidada liderando iniciativas financieras de alto impacto. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Analizarás información financiera clave para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas a nivel regional. Liderarás procesos de planeación, proyecciones, presupuestos y control financiero. Evaluarás y gestionarás riesgos financieros y crediticios, asegurando prácticas sólidas alineadas a la estrategia global. Colaborarás transversalmente con equipos de distintos países para estandarizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia. Serás un referente en indicadores financieros, desempeño del negocio y mejora continua. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Experiencia sólida en gestión financiera y de crédito. Más de 10 años en Planeación Financiera, Controlling y Crédito. Experiencia comprobada en gestión de riesgo de crédito. Capacidad de liderazgo regional e influencia transversal. Conocimiento profundo de indicadores financieros, análisis de riesgo y métricas de desempeño. Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y enfoque en estandarización de procesos.
