Our success is based on a proven implementation track record, industry leading domain expertise and unmatched talent in our delivery teams.We are currently seeking an FP&A Specialist o join our expanding Finance Team.Essential Duties:- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input and assumptions for the financial planning process.- Analyze historical data and trends to provide accurate financial forecasts and identify areas of improvement.- Budgeting and Variance Analysis: Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts.- Identify key drivers behind variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, highlighting key insights and trends.- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.- Business Partnering and Decision Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to assist in decision-making processes.- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support business needs.- Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning and analysis processes.- Implement automation and tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- 5-7 years proven experience as an FP&A Specialist or similar role.- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using advanced Excel functions.- Familiarity with financial management systems (ERP), business intelligence tools, and data visualization software.- Previous experience in using Power BI and Advanced Excel- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying up-to-date with financial trends and regulations.EEO StatementWe are committed to build diverse and inclusive teams and an equitable workplace for all our employees across the globe.Join our Talent CommunityDo not miss any opportunity to join Accelalpha.
