Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM. Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with Applications R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain. Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients. Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports. Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in fats & oils or food ingredients. Experience working with food manufacturers or industrial processors. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Knowledge of LATAM regional regulations for fats, oils, and food additives. Opportunity to lead technical–commercial strategy in a high-impact regional role.
