Job title: Sales Manager - Packaging IndustryLocation: Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Onsite (Hybrid can be negotiable)Pay ranges: $80,000/year to $120,000/year plus bonusJob Type: Full time and PermanentCompany OverviewCompany is a global enterprise integrating recycled fiber recovery, industrial and specialty paper manufacturing, customized packaging solutions, and industrial internet services.The company is committed to building an industrial ecosystem and innovating business models to become a global green integrated packaging solutions provider that creates long-term value for customers.Position SummaryThe Sales Manager will focus on developing and servicing clients in the 3C electronics and home appliance sectors across Mexico and North America.This role is responsible for expanding new markets, deeply exploring potential with existing clients, and working closely with engineering and production teams to deliver high-value, customized packaging solutions.Key Responsibilities1.Market Strategy & Business Development- Develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans with a focus on consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile phones, computers, and peripheral device segments.- Identify and engage potential clients, especially multinational OEM, ODM, and EMS manufacturers based in Mexico (e.G., local plants or suppliers of Foxconn, Jabil, Flex, Samsung, LG, etc.).- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into long-term strategic partnerships through a structured sales process.2.Customer Relationship Management- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships- Gain deep understanding of clients' product requirements, technical specifications, and supply chain challenges.- Conduct regular client visits, business negotiations, and technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and increase share of wallet.3.Solution Selling & Project Management- Collaborate with internal technical teams to lead new project quotation (RFQ), solution design, and feasibility assessment.- Effectively present the company's technical capabilities, quality standards, and value propositions to win new business opportunities.- Coordinate internal resources to ensure a smooth transition from sample development to mass production, meeting client requirements on time, quality, and cost.4.Sales Targets & Market Insights- Achieve assigned sales and profit targets.- Continuously monitor trends in the 3C electronics and home appliance industries, track competitor movements, and follow emerging market technologies to provide frontline insights for the company's strategic decisions.QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.- Required: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in Mexico, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the 3C electronics or home appliance industry.Proven track record of selling packaging, components, materials, or related services to these sectors.- Existing network of clients within Mexico's 3C electronics and home appliance sectors (OEM/ODM/EMS) is highly preferred.Professional Knowledge & Skills- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and specific packaging requirements (e.G., sustainability, shock resistance, premium appearance, traceability) for 3C electronics and home appliances.- Sales Skills: Proficiency in complex solution selling and key account management with strong negotiation and contract management abilities.- Language: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with the ability to conduct technical discussions and read technical documents.- Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
