We are currently seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) for one of our key clients: a global leader in Renewable Energy and Battery Storage (ESS) solutions . This company is at the forefront of the energy transition, providing cutting-edge technology to modernize power grids. If you are passionate about sustainability and have a "hunter" mentality, this is where you need to be. The Role: You will be the engine of growth for our client's sales team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will partner directly with Regional Sales Managers to open new markets and secure strategic appointments. What You'll Do: Identify & Conquer: Develop self-generated sales strategies to identify and book appointments with potential customers in the renewable sector. Strategic Outreach: Perform high-volume cold, warm, and hot calls daily—building the bridge between prospects and solutions. Pipeline Management: Track all daily activity and progress within the company's CRM to ensure a seamless sales flow. Sales Partnering: Assist Regional Sales Managers with prospecting and lead generation, serving as a critical member of the regional sales force. Hit the Numbers: Meet and exceed daily minimum requirements for dials, quality conversations, and appointments. Who You Are: A Cold-Calling Expert: You have the grit and willingness to handle high-volume outreach every single day. B2B Experience: You understand the professional sales cycle and business development in a corporate environment. Communication Powerhouse: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex solutions simply. Organized & Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced in CRM management. Industry Passion: A genuine interest in Renewable Energy, Sustainability, or Infrastructure is a huge plus.
