We are looking for a lead manager (Sales Associate) to join our team. Own the lead funnel end-to-end, respond fast, qualify accurately, nurture consistently, and set/confirm high-quality appointments that convert. Position Title:  Lead Manager — Real Estate
Shift: Remote 
Job Type : Full-time

Outbound call and talk to prospected leads
Qualify prospects using a clear framework
Consistently nurture, manage, and organize leads with multi-touch using a CRM daily 
Strong communicator (oral and written) and enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM technology and you love organized pipelines and clean data
