Real Estate Leads Manager

We are looking for a driven Real Estate Leads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and cultivate leads throughout their journey, from initial contact to successful conversion. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our dynamic team.**Compensation**:$5 - $7 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Initiate contact with real estate agents and present offers on on-market properties.- Quickly respond to inquiries and assess leads based on set criteria.- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handoff.- Maintain accurate and current records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.- Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to stakeholders.**Qualifications**:- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.- Motivated by sales goals and driven to achieve results.- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.**About Company**Virtual Help is a fast-growing Real Estate investment company that buys properties nationwide We aim to provide property solutions for property owners no matter the location
