Develop and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.

Conduct property evaluations and pricing analysis to determine market value.

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently.

Maintain an updated database of buyers and investors to ensure consistent deal flow.

Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to disposition.

Track and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and pricing structures.

Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or investment property disposition.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
