Workforce Management (WFM) System Specialist We are seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) System Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our time & attendance and workforce planning systems. This role ensures accurate data capture, compliance with Mexican & USA labor law, and efficient integration with payroll, HR, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of WFM software, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments with shift operations. Administer and maintain workforce management systems (e.g., Configure system rules (working hours, shifts, overtime, collective agreements, union contracts). • Data Accuracy & Compliance • Monitor time & attendance data to ensure accuracy (absences, overtime, holiday entitlements). • Generate reports for HR, payroll, and management. - Analyze workforce data to identify trends and optimize shift planning and staffing. • Drive automation and digitalization in time recording and workforce management processes. - Integration & Projects Coordinate interfaces between WFM system and payroll/ERP (e.g., SAP, DATEV, Oracle). Lead or support WFM-related projects (new terminal rollouts, mobile apps, access control Training & Communication • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for workforce management solutions. Degree in IT, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field. Professional experience in workforce management systems (time & attendance, shift planning). Experience with WFM tools such as ISGUS ZEUS, ATOSS, ZMI, SAP HCM, or similar. Strong technical skills: system configuration, interface handling, reporting. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Project management experience (e.g., Familiarity with access control and production data collection systems (PDC/BDE).
