Business Development Director Needed: Lead the Evolution of our Sales Division & International Expansion At Quadrantix (Qdx), we are entering a pivotal phase of growth. With over two decades of experience in the Oracle ecosystem, we have developed a high-potential flagship solution that is ready to scale globally.
To achieve this, we are looking for a Business Development Director—not just to manage the status quo, but to restructure our sales engine and lead a high-performance culture.
You will take ownership of the sales department, mentoring the team to reach their highest potential while executing a Go-to-Market strategy that opens doors across North America and Latin America.
Restructure & Mentor: Assess and optimize our sales structure. Scale Our Innovation: We have a game-changing solution ready for the market. You will define the strategy to position it as the standard for Oracle users in the US and LATAM.
You will lead by example to increase sales volume and market penetration.
Market Savvy: You have deep knowledge of the ERP market and understand how to sell complex, high-value technical solutions.
Bilingual Leader: You are fluent in Spanish and English, with the cultural intelligence to negotiate and lead in diverse markets.
You have a track record of taking products to new markets and building sales teams that deliver.
