Over Law Benefits. Your key responsibilities: Lead competitive analysis, market segmentation, and trend forecasting to support business strategy and product innovation. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align research findings with business objectives. Identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and evolving consumer expectations to provide strategic recommendations. Present findings through comprehensive reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to senior leadership. Establish strong relationships with research agencies, data providers, and industry experts to enhance research capabilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above. 15-20 years of experience in consumer research, market insights, or strategic analysis within the mobile phone or telecom industry. Proven track record in conducting end-to-end market research (qualitative and quantitative). Deep understanding of consumer psychology, purchasing behavior, and brand perception in the mobile industry. Strong expertise in survey design, statistical analysis, data visualization & research tools (SPSS, SAS, Python, R, Power BI). Familiarity with global and regional mobile markets, including emerging trends and technological advancements. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to influence decision-making. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
