También ofrecemos tecnología de hotelería para otros mercados, como instalaciones de exterior, apartamentos, co-living, atención sanitaria, marítimos e instalaciones deportivas y de ocio.**Descripción/especificación del trabajo**:Estamos buscando un "ONSITE IT TECHNICIAN" para trabajar para Nonius dentro de uno de los hospitales privados más reconocidos de la ciudad de México. La tarea principal es respaldar y dar soporte técnico local de nuestras soluciones de TV interactiva y Cast. Apoyará a la mesa de servicios de CNOC en el soporte técnico al servicio, teniendo capacidad de resolución de conflictos o controversias por el servicio realizado. Adicionalmente el técnico deberá gestionar las garantías de equipos con los fabricantes y apoyar en la configuración de los mismos al ser reemplazados.Otra tarea importante sería coordinar la actualización de contenido en las soluciones instaladas, con nuestro departamento de contenido en el corporativo.Esta posición tiene su base en Ciudad de México.**Responsibilities**:- Supervisar el rendimiento de las soluciones técnicas instaladas en el hospital y garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad;- Coordinar y realizar actualizaciones de contenido;- Gestionar las garantías de equipos con los fabricantes;- Apoyar en la configuración de equipos al ser reemplazados;- Apoyar a la mesa de servicios de CNOC en el soporte técnico al servicio;- Hacer el report semanal de todos los incidentes e pedidos executads.**Must Have**:- Buscamos profissional con un fuerte sentido de disciplina, responsabilidad y compromiso;- la puntualidad perfecta es obligatoria;- Formación técnica en informática y/o redes;- Buena capacidad de comunicación;- Perfecto español - hablado y escrito;- Experiência con herramientas de Google Workspace;- Fluent in Spanish - spoken and written (mandatory).**Nice to have**:- Inglés fluido - hablado y escrito;- Experiência en sistemas de TV por IP;- Experiência en Linux;**¿Qué tiene de bueno el puesto de trabajo?**:- Contribuya a la mejor experiência de pacientes de uno de los mejor Hospitales de México- Se parte de una gran Compañia, con una cultura amigable y abierta;- Gran oportunidad de carrera en una empresa de tecnología global;- Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes con descanso los fines de semana.**Our Product**:**Know about****Ofrecemos**:**Condiciones**:Un puesto de tiempo completo.Atractivo paquete salarial.**Entrenamiento**:5 días/año.**Comida**:Cupon de comida.
