Location: Mexico (Onsite)

Experience: 6–10 years

Employment Type: 1 year Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Onsite Coordinator with a solid technical understanding
to act as the primary interface between client stakeholders and offshore/nearshore delivery teams. The role requires hands-on involvement in requirement discussions, solution understanding, and day-to-day coordination for
eCommerce and digital transformation programs
.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact at the client onsite location.

Bridge business and technical teams by translating requirements into clear functional and technical inputs.

Participate in technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews.

Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams across locations.

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effort estimation discussions.

Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates.

Support UAT planning, defect triage, and production readiness activities.

Ensure adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Proactively identify gaps, risks, and integration dependencies and escalate as needed.

Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

4+ years of experience in onsite coordination, technical coordination, or delivery roles.

Strong understanding of
SDLC
,
Agile/Scrum
, and release management processes.

Technical understanding of
eCommerce platforms
(SFCC, Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce, OMS).

Working knowledge of
integrations, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies
.

Ability to understand and discuss architecture, functional designs, and technical constraints.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.

Strong communication skills in
English & Spanish

Nice to Have

Hands-on background as a developer, QA, or business analyst.

Exposure to MuleSoft or middleware-based integrations.

Experience supporting multi-system landscapes (ERP, OMS, payment, tax, shipping).

Prior experience in nearshore/offshore delivery models.
