Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support operations remotely from Mexico. This role is critical in managing customer communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, highly organized, and comfortable working with U.S.-based customers and teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages in English and Spanish Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups Schedule service appointments and coordinate with electricians and project teams Provide accurate information regarding services, timelines, and basic pricing (training provided) Maintain and update customer records in CRM or internal systems Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex matters when required Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns Support administrative tasks related to customer service and operations as needed Required Qualifications Based in Mexico and able to work remotely Fluent in English (spoken and written) 5+ years of experience in customer service, call centre, or client support roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with U.S. clients and time zones Proficient with computers, email, and CRM or ticketing systems Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in construction, electrical, home services, or trades-based companies Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM platforms Prior experience supporting U.S.-based businesses What We Offer Fully remote position Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow within a group of expanding companies under Castellan Group Collaborative and supportive work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated resume.
