PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de generación de leads para la adquisición de nuevos consumidores (B2C) y clientes (B2B).

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de lower funnel B2B2C para aumentar las conversiones y mejorar la retención en diferentes medios de comunicación.

  • Analizar datos de rendimiento de campañas para optimizar esfuerzos de marketing y maximizar el ROI.

  • Implementar metodologías de prueba A/B para mejorar las tasas de conversión y mejorar el rendimiento general de la campaña.

  • Liderar la optimización del sitio de comercio electrónico, enfocándose en agilizar el proceso de conversión y aumentar la retención de clientes.

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo creativo para desarrollar materiales de marketing convincentes y atractivos que resuenen con el público objetivo.

  • Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, ventas y CSP para alinear los esfuerzos de performance con los objetivos comerciales y de marca.

  • Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo talentoso de especialistas en marketing digital , proporcionando orientación, capacitación y desarrollo profesional

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?

Experiencia

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación o un campo relacionado.

  • Experiencia demostrada en marketing digital y en performance marketing, idealmente en categorías de consumo masivo

  • Dominio de herramientas y plataformas de marketing digital, incluyendo, pero no limitado a Google Analytics , Adobe analytics y Marketo .

  • Experiencia en la comprensión y creación de estrategias de datos, con un enfoque en el análisis de audiencias, la implementación de estrategias 1 21 y la elaboración de planes de relacio nales.

  • Experiencia en marketing de precisión (deseable)

  • Certificaciones en Google Analytics , Google Ads u otras certificaciones relevantes en marketing digital (deseable)

  • Experiencia en la gestión de dashboards de data utilizando herramientas como Power BI , DataStudio , etc (deseable)

  • C onocimiento en herramientas de manejo de datos y audiencias (DMP-CDP) ( deaseable )
