We are looking for someone who will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to expand Clara product usage among customers.
  • Plan and execute offline initiatives and activations to delight customers and transform them into brand ambassadors.
  • Organize and manage activations and events to support lead generation.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segment the audience, and create targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Implement personalized communication strategies at various touchpoints to maximize customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement in our products/services and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and analyze the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Find new opportunities for marketing partnerships.
Our requirements are:
  • 6-8 years experience
  • Relevant experience (more than 1y) in tech startups
  • Experience in lead generation channels
  • Experience in delivering highly creative campaigns and activations;
  • Experience positioning & creating brands;
  • Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills;
  • Proven success running integrated brand campaigns;
  • Experience in brand architecture and brand positioning frameworks;
  • Experience building year-long brand strategies;
  • Experience in content marketing and paid ad campaigns across online channels ;
  • Balance of analytical and creative thinking;
  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights;
  • Hands-on and able to work independently; does not shy away from taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with fast-paced planning /executions cycles and able to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives;
  • Excellent verbal, written, storytelling, and presentation skills;
  • High standard of quality and attention to detail;
  • Business Fluency in English;
