México Medicaidsoft A tiempo completo

Location: Latin America (Central/South America or Mexico) Type: Full-Time Contractor Schedule: 9:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time (U.S.), Monday–Friday Compensation: $1900 USD/month About Medicaidsoft We’re building the TurboTax for long-term care Medicaid. Our software helps nursing homes and elder law professionals prepare complex Medicaid applications faster, with fewer errors — so families can get the care they need and facilities can get paid on time. What You’ll Do As a Medicaid Specialist , you’ll support care facilities and their residents by helping prepare and process Medicaid applications. You’ll also help onboard new clients and guide them in using our software platform. This is a high-responsibility, client-facing role that combines communication, documentation, and independent problem solving. Your day-to-day work may include: Working with families to collect financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, etc.) Reviewing and organizing those documents for Medicaid eligibility Communicating with facility staff about what’s still missing Entering information into our software to auto-fill Medicaid forms Helping new clients learn how to use our platform You’ll be the kind of person who helps “carry the baton” during a time-sensitive relay — and hands it off clearly, reliably, and on time. Required Experience (2–5 Years) To succeed in this role, you must have direct experience working with financial documents and clients , preferably in a regulated or process-heavy environment. We’re looking for candidates with: 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following roles: Loan processor or mortgage underwriter Tax preparer or tax documentation reviewer Visa or immigration case assistant Healthcare billing or insurance authorization support Executive assistant or case manager handling client financial documents Hands-on experience gathering and organizing: Bank statements, income proof, tax returns, identification, etc. Client-facing communication experience (especially U.S.-based clients) Bonus Points For: Experience with Medicaid applications (general or long-term-care) Familiarity with U.S. healthcare or public benefits systems Worked with elderly populations or families in financial/healthcare contexts CRM or workflow software experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare, or related field What You’ll Need to Succeed This is not a back-office support job. It’s client-facing, and part of a collaborative client success team. We’re looking for people who can own a critical part of a broken system — and help fix it. You must be: Fluent in English — Strong spoken and written skills, with little to no accent Tech-comfortable — You pick up new systems quickly and don’t get lost in digital tools Client-ready — You’re comfortable calling clients to request missing documents or clarify details Quick to learn — You can absorb new rules, policies, and state-specific Medicaid details Reliable — You follow through and deliver on time. No micromanagement required Self-managing — You plan your day, ask good questions, and find a way forward even when things aren’t clear Detail-oriented — You spot missing information and errors before they become problems Who This Job Is Not For ❌ If you’re working multiple jobs or can’t give full focus during U.S. business hours ❌ If you avoid phone calls or dislike pushing for follow-up ❌ If you need high structure, daily checklists, or hour-by-hour oversight ❌ If you’re uncomfortable discussing personal financial topics with clients Why Join Medicaidsoft? Mission-driven: Help families secure long-term care coverage during one of the hardest chapters of life Fast-growing: Be part of a high-performance, international team reshaping Medicaid services High-impact: See the direct results of your work in the lives of families and the finances of care facilities How to Apply Please submit your resume in English, along with a 1–2 minute video introduction (in English) telling us: Why this role interests you Why you think you're a good fit We’ll use this to assess communication skills and presence — two things that matter a lot in this role.
