Schedule: 9:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time (U.Monday–Friday
Our software helps nursing homes and elder law professionals prepare complex Medicaid applications faster, with fewer errors — so families can get the care they need and facilities can get paid on time.
As a Medicaid Specialist , you’ll support care facilities and their residents by helping prepare and process Medicaid applications. You’ll also help onboard new clients and guide them in using our software platform.
Entering information into our software to auto-fill Medicaid forms
Tax preparer or tax documentation reviewer
~ Visa or immigration case assistant
~ Healthcare billing or insurance authorization support
~ Bank statements, income proof, tax returns, identification, etc.
~ Experience with Medicaid applications (general or long-term-care)
CRM or workflow software experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare, or related field
This is not a back-office support job. Fluent in English — Strong spoken and written skills, with little to no accent
Tech-comfortable — You pick up new systems quickly and don’t get lost in digital tools
