About the Role We are hiring a Driver Engagement Specialist to support and grow our driver network across U.S. markets. This is a fully remote role, working primarily during U.S. business hours, and sits at the intersection of recruitment, onboarding, and operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and supporting drivers to ensure we maintain a reliable, high-quality delivery fleet. You'll work closely with Operations leadership, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to align driver supply with demand. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment instincts and operational judgment who wants real ownership and exposure in a scaled, venture-backed company. What You'll Do Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Source and recruit delivery drivers for U.S. markets Screen candidates and manage onboarding workflows Ensure drivers meet quality, compliance, and performance standards Driver Engagement & Retention Serve as a point of contact for driver questions and issues Support driver performance and engagement initiatives Identify risks in driver supply and escalate proactively Operational Collaboration Partner closely with City Operations and Dispatch teams Align driver availability with delivery demand Track driver metrics, onboarding status, and engagement data What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Independently managing driver recruitment pipelines Maintaining healthy driver supply across assigned markets Becoming a trusted partner to Operations teams Reducing onboarding friction and driver churn Who You Are Experience in recruiting, operations, or logistics (preferred) Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong English communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally Calm under pressure and proactive Comfortable working U.S. hours Why Join Club Feast Work closely with Operations and leadership High ownership and accountability Remote-first, globally distributed team Clear growth path into senior ops or people roles Join a well-funded company building a category-defining platform
