CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Requisitos:
·Escolaridad: Lic. Sistemas o Ing. Sistemas o Lic. Administración de Empresas.
· Conocimiento profundo de los productos o servicios de la empresa.
· Familiaridad con las herramientas de gestion de relaciones con el cliente CRM.
· Comprención de las mejores practicas de Customer Success.
· Exériencia

Competencias: Honestidad, lealtad, trabajo en equipo, integridad, respeto, Proactividad, Prudencia y confidencialidad.

Funciones:
· Administrar y mantener un portafolio de cuentas de clientes asignados
· Proporcionar asesoramiento proactive a los clientes sobre como utilizer nuestros productos o servicios de manera efectiva
· Identificar y resolver de manera rapida y eficaz cualquier problema o desafio que los clientes puedan enfrentar.
· Proporcionar capacitación y recursos a los clientes para asegurarse de que esten plenamente informados sobre las caracteristicas y funcionalidades
· Idenificar oportunidades de venta cruzada
· Realizar seguimiento regular con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción continua y su fidelidad a largo plazo.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 09:30 a 18:30 hrs.

Salario Mensual: $12,000 netos + Prestaciones de ley+ Estabilidad laboral

Zona de trabajo: Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX
