**About the job**

The Latam Success team is looking for a Customer Success to create a long-term relationship with our amazing clients to understand what success is for them and deliver value by delivering the technology through SAS Journey. Our team is made of people passioned about clients and focus on the adoption and expansion cross Latin America

**As a Customer Success Manager, you will**:
Serve as primary post-sale contact to develop strong customer advocates at all levels.- Responsible for customer communications and conflict resolution.- Understand the business problems to achieve success for the customer.- Work with other SAS stakeholders to develop an adoption plan.- Build reports and analytics to provide key business insights for data driven decision making.- Monitor Customer Success through metrics and other measurements.- Develop an understanding of SAS products and services available to help customers.- Generate and identify new opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.- 5 years of experience in Customer success (IT), Service delivery (IT), Sales (IT) or Technical IT function.- Education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent- Proven track record within customer success and Relation Management.- Good understanding of Digital programs.- Ability to develop and execute strategies and support tactics to ensure maximum revenue.- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work and learn independently.- Portfolio management.- Knowledge of SAS products, solutions and services preferred.- Fluent Spanish & English, Portuguese desired.
