Administración de Empresas.· Conocimiento profundo de los productos o servicios de la empresa.· Familiaridad con las herramientas de gestion de relaciones con el cliente CRM.· Comprención de las mejores practicas de Customer Success.· ExérienciaCompetencias: Honestidad, lealtad, trabajo en equipo, integridad, respeto, Proactividad, Prudencia y confidencialidad.Funciones:· Administrar y mantener un portafolio de cuentas de clientes asignados· Proporcionar asesoramiento proactive a los clientes sobre como utilizer nuestros productos o servicios de manera efectiva· Identificar y resolver de manera rapida y eficaz cualquier problema o desafio que los clientes puedan enfrentar.· Proporcionar capacitación y recursos a los clientes para asegurarse de que esten plenamente informados sobre las caracteristicas y funcionalidades· Idenificar oportunidades de venta cruzada· Realizar seguimiento regular con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción continua y su fidelidad a largo plazo.Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 09:30 a 18:30 hrs.Salario Mensual: $12,000 netos + Prestaciones de ley+ Estabilidad laboralZona de trabajo: Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMXInteresados:Postularse por este medio
