We're looking for a hands-on
Educational Recruitment Sales Lead
to help grow our presence in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
Track pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and report progress on leads, conversions, and forecasts.
Participate in virtual meetings and occasional regional visits to ensure partner satisfaction.
Assist senior leadership in achieving regional growth targets.
Bachelor's degree
~8 years of Experience in
sales,
~ At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development
within K-12 schools or similar educational institutions in LATAM.
~ Fluent English and professional Spanish
~ Experience using CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and forecasting
~ CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Microsoft Office Suite
Project/task management tools
