Recruiter to build with Hiring Manager - as in responsibilities
What can you expect in a “Director of Operations” role with TaskUs:

You can expect to have a crucial responsibility in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of TaskUs organization. Your priority is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and client stakeholders to achieve operational excellence, meet service level agreements, and exceed client expectations.

Support TaskUs company by providing strategic leadership and direction in operational management. Establish and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and client requirements. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency. By developing and nurturing client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, address any concerns or escalations, and foster long-term partnerships. You will also play a crucial role in managing and developing the operational team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure a high-performing workforce.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.

Strong knowledge of BPO operations, processes, and best practices.

Excellent understanding of key operational metrics and performance indicators.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing large-scale BPO operations with multiple clients and diverse service offerings.

Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and tools for managing BPO operations.

Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Understanding of project management methodologies and experience in leading complex projects.

Proven track record in achieving operational targets and driving cost optimization initiatives.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the BPO industry.

Education/Certifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Relevant certifications in operations management or project management, such as Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

Office Based

Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
