¿Cómo es el día a día de la posición? Como Gerente de Business Process Solutions (BPS) Tecnología en Deloitte, serás responsable de proyectos alineados a políticas internas y externas para su correcta ejecución. Diseñarás e implementarás estrategias que complementen los objetivos operativos y de negocio de los(as) clientes. Conformarás un equipo de alto rendimiento adminsitrando los recursos para el cumplimiento de objetivos, involucrándote en programas de aprendizaje que la Firma brinda para impulsar la entrega excepcional de nuestros servicios así como el desarrollo de conocimientos técnicos y powerskills de nuestros(as) profesionales. Enfocarás tu visión estratégica en la identificación y prospeción de ventas a clientes actuales y potenciales.Trabajarás en un ambiente dinámico y enriquecedor con personas de diferentes culturas, perspectivas, especialidades y conocimientos. Titulado(a) en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería en Análisis de Datos, Actuaria Contar al menos 5 años de experiencia en proyectos de Tecnología aplicada con trato directo con el usuario final, cliente Conocimientos en SQL Server a nivel desarrollador Conocimiento en Python a nivel desarrollador Conocimiento básico (deseable) de impuestos o financieros. Ingles a nivel avanzado. Excel a nivel intermedio - avanzado. ¿Por qué Deloitte?
