BestLyfe Group (BLG) is hiring a Sales Development Rep (SDR). Your mission: create a pipeline and book qualified discovery calls. We help serious business owners grow with marketing that actually works. We're not a "set it and forget it" shop. If you like fast-paced sales work, can handle rejection like a grown-up, and get weirdly satisfied seeing meetings stack up on the calendar... keep reading. Respond to inbound leads in under 5 minutes (text/call/email via GHL) Follow up with leads who don't schedule right away (politely, persistently) Prospect inside Facebook groups (post, monitor, engage, identify marketing/growth needs) Keep the CRM clean (we live in GoHighLevel) and track outcomes Close deals (the closer closes) Sit around "waiting for leads" Only do chat-based outreach (phones are part of the job) Speed-to-lead: median response time ≤ 5 minutes CRM hygiene: clean pipeline, notes, tags, next steps You want performance-based upside, and you don't do excuses You avoid phone calls like they're a dentist appointment Fully remote Compensation (Hybrid: Base + Performance) Paid per-show discovery call (not "booked" — we don't reward calendar games) Accelerators for strong show rates and quality Your experience with inbound speed-to-lead + cold outreach
