BDM - Business Development Manager | Paraty Tech México Ubicación: Cancún En Hanbai, Estamos buscando un BDM para la empresa Paraty en México¿Quién es Paraty? Paraty Tech es una empresa en expansión global, especializada en soluciones tecnológicas para la industria hotelera. ¿Qué buscamos? Un BDM experimentado con enfoque en ventas y cierre de negocios en el sector hotelero . Necesitamos a alguien con habilidad para generar oportunidades y gestionar relaciones con directores de marketing, CEOs y responsables de revenue management.
Responsabilidades
- Prospección activa y cierre de ventas Gestión de leads provenientes de SDRs y campañas de marketing Establecer relaciones duraderas con clientes y gestionar cuentas clave Tendrá la posibilidad de trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos Perfil Ideal: - 3-5 años de experiencia en ventas en el sector hotelero o tecnología Red de contactos establecida en la industria hotelera Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y enfoque en resultados Inglés es un plus (no indispensable) Condiciones: - Salario Base + Variable competitivo Variable: Comisiones por cumplir objetivos de ventas.
