Descripción

Principales funciones:

  • Responsable de administrar la nómina para los empleados de Estados Unidos.
  • Llevar a cabo auditorías de nómina e implementar las mejores prácticas en los procesos de nómina.
  • Gestión de entrada de tarjetas de tiempo
  • Procesamiento de horas brutos a netos y meticulosa auditoría de los resultados de la nómina.
  • Experiencia en nómina de alto volumen y en múltiples estados de Estados Unidos
  • Conocimiento del cumplimiento normativo en diferentes estados
  • Experiencia en procesamiento de nómina para diversas entidades legales.
  • Experiencia en el procesamiento de nómina para sindicatos y familiaridad con los convenios colectivos y planes de pensiones y bienestar de los sindicatos
  • Recopilación, análisis y documentación de problemas relacionados con la nómina y actividades asociadas.
  • Investigación y respuesta a consultas de nómina
  • Apoyo en auditorías internas
  • Preparación de materiales para auditores externos e internos.
  • Participación activa en proyectos especiales según sea necesario.

Perfil del candidato:

  • Experiencia en US Payroll
  • Manejo de SAP, Oracle
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado
  • Experiencia contestando tickets
  • Experiencia con volumen de nómina
  • Manejo de Excel
