Objective: Ensure the correct financial reporting for all the Business Units (actuals and forecasts) into the correspondent tools. Control and steering of key financial figures for CS (Revenue, Net Revenue, Discounts, G&A, Marketing, Group and Sales Contribution, EBIT). Optimize decision-making process through analytics to ensure a finance and sales performance aligned to yearly goal. Supervise the planning process for CS division (discounts, variable cost and others key financial figures) and lead the pricing proposals process. Al of the above for PC, VANs and LATAM. Steer fixed cost expenses budget across all Business Units, acting as a key business partner to top management on critical decisions, including projects (Real Estate, Cost Reduction, Cost Improvements, Marketing Optimization). Day to day (main tasks): Financial Planning: Control and ensure planning for CS division. (discounts, variables cost, Ebit and others financial key figures). Preparation of financial analysis for top management including deviations and profitability ensuring proper steering of financial KPIs for all divisions and fixed costs (G&A, Marketing and IT costs). Pricing: Determination together with HQ and local product manager pricing proposals for Aftersales. Analyze and make decisions on business cases to improve and sustain the contribution of the market In collaboration with Aftersales Management, responsible for designing strategies in terms of pricing and discount for the market looking for efficiencies in contribution and market share. Discounts Control: Control for all the incentive programs for CS and Aftersales business. Control After sales Incentives (SD, subsidy, agent remuneration, cash bonus, performance discount) Financial Key Figures Results: Ensure the correct financial reporting for all Business Units (actuals and forecasts) into the correspondent tools Explanations of variations to the forecasts of the consolidated financial statements to the incumbents Preparation of consolidated figures for HQ, CS, Marketing & IT incumbents and Head of Controlling ICS controlling: Supervise the correct execution of ICS controls for CS, G&A, Marketing and IT controlling topics (SD, incentives, pricing, etc.) Business Partner: Act as a key strategic partner to the MBMex management team. Responsible for developing and executing financial plans that secure the company's expected cost controlling, while ensuring a strong synergy between our institution's financial strategy and MBMEX's costs targets. Profile: Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Actuary, Engineering or Economics. Previous experience: Y ears of experience on Controlling functions . At least 5 years of experience with Consolidated Financial Statements . At least 2 years of experience within the PC and/or Vans businesses Languages : Advanced English Additional Qualifications: SAP, Power BI y SAS and/or Phyton.
