Aditi Consulting Reimagine your reality En Aditi Consulting LATAM, estamos buscando un INT Operations Associate para sumarse al equipo de operaciones y trabajar con herramientas de primer nivel como Salesforce, Zendesk, ChurnZero, GuideCX y más. Serás parte clave de la ejecución diaria de procesos, asegurando calidad de datos, cumplimiento de SLAs y soporte operativo de alto impacto para múltiples áreas dentro de la organización. Responsabilidades Principales Administrar y operar Salesforce CRM: configuración de cuentas, procesamiento de pruebas y descuentos, carga de datos, validaciones y controles de integridad. Elaboración y mantenimiento de dashboards e informes en Salesforce. Gestión de tickets y solicitudes operativas a través de Zendesk. Uso de ChurnZero para actividades de Customer Success y seguimiento de lifecycle. Uso de GuideCX para soporte de onboarding y seguimiento de proyectos. Manejo avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets para cargas masivas, validaciones y auditorías. Seguimiento y cumplimiento de SOPs (procedimientos operativos) y DOAs internos. Gestión de calidad de datos: cargas diarias, validación de información crítica y limpieza de duplicados. Documentación clara y estructurada en herramientas como Confluence, Notion o drives compartidos. Comunicación efectiva y gestión de tareas mediante Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira u otros sistemas de tickets. Coordinación con equipos internos para asegurar precisión y cumplimiento de plazos (SLAs). Requisitos 4+ años de experiencia comprobable en Salesforce. Experiencia sólida con informes y dashboards. Alta precisión en la gestión, actualización y validación de datos en CRM. Capacidad para seguir procedimientos detallados (SOPs, DOAs). Dominio de Excel / Google Sheets (filtros, fórmulas, manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos). Excelente comunicación escrita para documentación y tickets. Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples prioridades y cumplir SLAs. Experiencia previa en roles operativos, customer success o soporte a ventas (deseable). Ubicación y Modalidad Híbrido – Asistencia 1 por Q a la oficina en Guadalajara.
