This position will work with legal professionals and law firm clients through the build-out of their websites and going over the best practices for their success. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced English proficiency, verbal and written (C1/C2 level or equivalent) Previous experience in a client services role (e.g., call center) is a plus. Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in office/productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace) Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus. Job Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the relationship to ensure top-level support and client satisfaction. Handle client onboarding. Professionally manage all client support communications via email. Provide website CMS (or platform) training to new clients. Review website content during the build and provide suggestions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and in a timely fashion thus driving client satisfaction. Benefits: Full-time job, 100% payroll.
