Our premium-quality meal ingredients, snacks and beverages can be found in six out of ten U.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at our Puebla facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Communicate with the Secretary of Economic Development for recruitment and job fair participation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ~2+ years of experience in recruitment. ~ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. ~ Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). ~ Opportunities for professional growth and development.
