We are a U.S. law firm seeking a full-time legal assistant for our Guadalajara office (ON SITE POSITION) No prior legal experience required—full training provided. $17,000 MXN net/month + Benefits | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM/ 9 AM - 6 PM What We Offer - $17,000 MXN net/month (after taxes) Full benefits package (IMSS, vacation, holiday pay, etc.) Training in U.S. legal procedures Long-term growth (Senior Assistant/Paralegal track) Stable, supportive, international team Responsibilities - Handle calls and correspondence in English Prepare/edit documents using firm templates Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines Apply with CV in English only.
