We are a U.S. law firm expanding our Guadalajara team and are hiring a full-time Legal Assistant to work on site from our Guadalajara office.

💼 Position Details
- Salary: $17,000 MXN net per month
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Location: Guadalajara (must live locally, near Chapultepec)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and written communication in English
- Prepare and edit documents using firm-provided templates
- Organize and maintain digital case files
- Track calendars, deadlines, and internal workflows
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Office, administrative, or professional work background
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Must reside in Guadalajara (near Chapultepec)
