We are a U.S. law firm seeking a full-time legal assistant for our Guadalajara office
(ON SITE POSITION)
No prior legal experience required—full training provided.

$17,000 MXN net/month + Benefits | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM/ 9 AM - 6 PM

What We Offer

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and correspondence in English
  • Prepare/edit documents using firm templates
  • Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines

  • EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year in customer service
  • Office/customer service/professional background
