What You'll Do: Minimum 8 to 12 yrs of IT experience Good communication skills in English and Spanish languages Expertise in Java, Gen AI technology stack Good to have experience in Insurance domain Experience of working in offshore-onshore model. Should be able to co-ordinate with offshore team to drive activities. Experience of managing, implementing projects in Java, Microservices, Database technologies. Experience in end-to-end SDLC implementation, documentation, Agile and waterfall methodologies. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java , Springboot Managing and mentoring teams experience is required. Familiarity with workflow engines for app development (plus). Expertise in security principles and risk mitigation tools/methodologies. Experience with RESTful APIs and Open API specification . Strong in SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with secure cloud platforms and architecture. Skilled in writing clear, maintainable, and secure code . Proficiency with secure version control ( Git ) and collaborative dev practices.
