Coord. Experiential Marketing LatAm.

As a Experiential Marketing LatAm Coordinator, you will responsible for the designing the experiential strategy across the region goals, as well as focus on the customers satisfaction and retention, loyalty and attracting new customers to our community.

Responsibilities.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as dealerships and event organizers, to maximize exposure and reach for BMW Motorrad.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of events and experiences.

Set and monitor KPI’s to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.

Work with the CRM team to ensure that leads generated from marketing efforts are of high quality and quantity.

Coordinate with corporate communication team to ensure that experiences are properly communicated to the target audience.

Identify and evaluate new opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement through events sponsorships and activations.

Lead cross.- functional teams to deliver successful events, including event planning, logistics, creative development and production.

Evaluate the effectiveness of experiential marketing efforts with broader brand initiatives to key stakeholders.

Manage and develop team of experiential marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Qualifications and experience.

Bachelor's degree on Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

+5 years working in experiential marketing.

Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).

Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
