This is your opportunity to join a leading global technology company. 🎯 About the Role We are looking for a People Manager to lead a team of Account Specialists responsible for retention, growth, and support of a U.S. customer portfolio. This is a strategic role, key to driving commercial results, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence. 🛠️ Main Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists. • Ensure achievement of retention and upsell targets. • Manage team performance, talent development, and growth. • Implement sales enablement tools and processes, including accurate forecasting. • Guide renewal and upsell negotiations in partnership with Account Executives. • Facilitate customer conversations that communicate the value of our solutions. ✔️ Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree. • Fluent English (must). • 5+ years managing teams supporting a U.S.-based book of business. • Strong experience in retention, upsell, and service renewal. • Proven experience leading professional teams and developing talent. • Advanced conflict resolution and decision-making skills. • Ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex situations. • Strong leadership skills to direct work and ensure high-quality deliverables. ✨ What We Offer • A strategic leadership role in a global tech company. • Real opportunities for career development and growth. • A dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
