¿Qué es lo que buscamos en ti?

- Habilidades de Comunicación en Inglés: Deberás hablar y escribir inglés con fluidez, como un verdadero maestro de la comunicación.
- Experiencia en Hospitalidad: Al menos 2 años sumergido en el mundo de la hospitalidad, con anécdotas que cuenten tu historia.
- Experiencia Comprobable en una Posición Similar: Queremos ver tu historial, que sea tan confiable como una brújula.
- Orientación al Servicio Internacional: Tu orientación al servicio debe trascender fronteras y conectar con clientes de todo el mundo.
- Conocimiento de Sistemas CRM: Prefentemente, que tengas experiencia con SalesForce o algún otro sistema CRM.
- Habilidades de Liderazgo: No buscamos un dictador, pero sí ser alguien que sabe guiar tanto a equipos presentes como remotos.
- Organización y Detalle: La organización es clave, y tus habilidades de detalle son el toque maestro.
- Experiencia B2B & B2C: Saber navegar tanto en las aguas comerciales, como en las del cliente final.
- Herramientas MS Office: Desde Teams hasta Excel, deberías sentirte como pez en el agua con estas herramientas.
- Habilidades de Comunicación en Francés: No es esencial, pero si tienes habilidades en francés, será como tener un as bajo la manga

- Custodio de Procedimientos: Te encargarás de que todo en el área siga su curso sin problemas.
- Gestor de Reuniones Estratégicas: Participarás en encuentros para presentar resultados y planificar estrategias.
- Detective de Casos y Reportero Analítico: Descubrirás el origen de los casos y generarás informes para facilitar el análisis.
