What you’ll do:

FUNCION PRINCIPAL

Ejecutar los procesos de Recursos Humanos enfocados a la adquisición de talento, administración de la flota vehicular, mantenimiento de registros y eventos organizacionales acorde con los procesos establecidos por la organización.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

• Asegurar la actualización de manera anual la actualización de los Salaried Position Questionnaire (SPQ) para las áreas de Finanzas, Ventas, Excelencia Comercial y Marketing 
• Realizar el registro de requisiciones para posiciones a contratar en el sistema correspondiente, asegurando la validación de los datos correctos (nombre de la posición, grado salarial, jefe inmediato, rango de sueldo, unidad organizacional, localidad, entre otros).
• Realizar procesos de selección para las áreas comerciales y de finanzas, acorde a la metodología de Assessment & Selection
• Identificar eventos de reclutamiento (ferias, visitas a universidades, exposición de ventas técnicas, etc.) que permitan generar cartera de las posiciones bajo su responsabilidad. 
• Gestionar movimientos organizacionales de los niveles de posiciones bajo su responsabilidad con el área de Administración de Personal y realizar la firma de documentos requeridos para dichos movimientos. 
• Realizar y garantizar el cumplimiento del proceso de Onboarding de los nuevos ingresos y de las posiciones que tiene cambio de responsabilidad
• Asegurar la entrega del expediente completo de los empleados a contratar acorde con los requerimientos establecidos. 
• Asegurar el apego a los procesos bajo su responsabilidad para asegurar el cumplimiento con los requerimientos de los diferentes Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Operador Económico Autorizado OEA, CTPAT, MESH, Eaton Business System EBS), legales y de clientes.
• Asegurar el cierre de hallazgos de auditorías, propios de los procesos bajo su responsabilidad, correspondientes a los diferentes Sistemas de Gestión.
• Gestionar la flota vehicular de la compañía, asegurando la realización de los procesos de control establecidos en la Política Interna – Automóviles vigente la cual se establece por el área de Compensaciones corporativo.
• Realizar requisiciones de compra en SAP, asegurar el registro en el archivo control de presupuesto y solicitar GR’s (Good Receipt) acorde con el mes de gasto en el presupuesto. 
• Gestionar el alta de los formatos pertenecientes al área de Recursos Humanos en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad
• Realizar las actividades que le sean asignadas en la organización y ejecución de eventos organizacionales.
• Generar reportes de indicadores en materia de cumplimiento de los procesos bajo su responsabilidad.
• Apegarse en todo momento a las políticas corporativas de Eaton relacionadas con desempeño de la posición.

 

Qualifications:

CONOCIMIENTO ESPECIALIZADO

Escolaridad : Licenciatura concluida.

Años de experiencia : Experiencia previa de 2 años en posiciones similares 

Conocimientos técnicos:

• Reclutamiento y selección, administración de personal
• Ingles conversacional
• NOM-035-STPS-2018
• Manejo de herramientas Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experiencia en:

• Realización de entrevistas 
• Administración de expedientes de personal 
• Realización de actividades administrativas
• Elaboración de Descripciones de Puesto
